Cabbage Savoy is a large, flat-domed cabbage with attractive, crinkled leaves. It can be eaten raw or steamed and tastes great in salads, sandwiches, wraps and Asian cuisine or as a tasty vegetable side fried with bacon and onion. Requiring a position in full sun, Cabbage Savoy should be planted in well-drained soil that has been that has been enriched with compost or manure prior to planting and water regularly to ensure the soil stays moist.
