They can be used raw or cooked- they add texture and color when mixed in with other types of greens. The taste comes with a bit of a spicy punch (for the Mustard Microgreens) and are ideal for an addition to salads, sandwiches and a topping for Bruschetta's.
The Snow peas are ideal for eating raw directly or even using in many asian stir fry's.
The snow pea micro greens are an excellent substitute for your greens in a sandwich.
