THIS IS AN OLD-FASHIONED ROOT PARSLEY THAT PRODUCES FLESHY WHITE TAPERED PARSNIP-LIKE ROOTS UP TO 10 INCHES LONG THAT ARE COOKED AS A VEGETABLE. DARK GREEN LEAVES ARE FLAT AND DEEPLY CUT WITH MEDIUM LONG STEMS AND MAY BE USED LIKE ORDINARY PARSLEY. ROOTS MATURE IN 85-95 DAYS.
