Silverbeet Rainbow Chard has brilliantly coloured stalks and leaves which are ornamental as well as tasty. Colours include pink, cream, yellow, red and white. Silverbeet Rainbow Chard can be used as flavouring for cooked dishes or as a garnish. It is best eaten when leaves are young and tender. Maturity 5 -8 weeks.
